Rusty Bailey started Bailey's Welding in 2000 as a field welding service. The goal was to provide high-quality on-site welding services. Through hard work and dedication that goal was achieved. Soon after a building was purchased and services were expanded to include a full service machine and fabrication shop establishing Bailey’s Welding and Machine Shop (BWM) in the first location on Hwy 19.   In 2007 the shop was moved to it’s current location on Hwy 92 West just outside of Chickasha in a small community called Norge.
